GPS Tracker Tutorial Using GPS-Trace Web Server

The method below cannot be used because there is a replacement for the GPS-trace web server system. For historical reading material only. Hehehe

Of the three servers that can be used by the Concox GPS Tracker, there is one that is free and can be used immediately without waiting for a username, password, and IMEI order. The server is www.gps-trace.com.

This gps-trace server is suitable for:

1. Owners only 1 GPS device
2. Cheap internet users

If you have more than 1 GPS device from Concox, it's better to use the Tracksolid server because of its more complete features and more premium. (Better use premium server because the data package itself is around US$20 a year, hehe).

Before registering to log in on the website, make sure the server settings in the GPS Tracker are correct.

After that, we follow the steps below:

1. Open the website www.gps-trace.com. Click create an account for free.

2. Next, fill in the username, email address used for verification, and the password used.

3. Enter the security check and click the Create Account button.

4. After clicking the Create Account button.

5. Open the email you used for registration. Use the link provided to activate your new gps-trace account.

6. Click the link above to activate it automatically. You will be taken to the login page. Enter the username and password that have been created.

7. If the previous step failed, you can click the link below. After that, you will be taken to a page to activate the new gps-trace account. Enter the User ID and Validation Keycode.

8. If you login directly to this page, you will be taken to the GPS Trace forum page.

9. The next step is to start tracking, return to the main page, and log in with the registered username and password.

10. After a successful login, click the GO TO TRACKING button.

11. Next, you will be taken to the vehicle tracking page. Add a new unit by clicking on the add car icon in the lower right corner. Edit the unit settings by adding the name of your vehicle, the type of GPS tracker used (for GT06N select Concox GT06N), and your GPS tracker IMEI.

12. You can also use the older, lighter version at orange.gps-trace.com. To log in, use the same username and password as the new version. To see the vehicle tracking history, click the Show Lanes button.

13. To change GPS Tracker settings, click the Properties button (key image). Fill in the name, type of device, and IMEI. The device type for GT06N and ET200 are the same. Select Concox GT06N.
