 Not All GPS Trackers IMEI Can Be Registered to the Tracksolid Webserver

GPS Tracker IMEI That Cannot Be Registered:

1. GPS tracker device is not manufactured by Concox.
2. GPS tracker IMEI has been registered by another distributor.
3. IMEI that has been registered with another distributor cannot be re-registered.

For the extension of the Tracksolid active period, we can only extend the IMEI that we have registered with the Tracksolid server.

Tracksolid Server Registration Process Time:

• New IMEI (with the prefix 35xxxxxxxxxx) can be done in 1 - 2 days.
• Old IMEI (with the prefix 86xxxxxxxxxx) takes about 5 days to process because it has to be sent by the manufacturer.

Tracksolid Registration Fee:

• Unlimited Tracksolid registration (lifetime): US$ 17 / IMEI.
• Tracksolid initial listing 1 year only: US$ 10 / IMEI.
• Annual renewal fee: US$ 10 / IMEI.

We recommended choosing Unlimited Tracksolid because is cheaper than 2 years of Tracksolid registration
