How to Resolve Tracksolid Device Does not Exist

The first time you download and install the Tracksolid application on the Playstore, you will almost certainly have experienced this.

After registering for a new account via email. You log in via the Tracksolid application.

Then click add device (+ icon) on the top right.

Go to the Add Device page. Fill in the IMEI according to the GPS tracker device that we purchased:

  • The GPS tracker brand has been made by the Concox manufacturer.
  • GPS tracker is installed and turned on.
  • It matches the setting and is checked with the SMS command: GPRSSET#
  • The IMEI has been corrected with SMS command: PARAM#
  • Tested with SMS command: STATUS# and normal
But why can't add new devices to the Tracksolid app? In fact, a warning appears that the Device does not exist.


That means that the GPS tracker device purchased is a non-server or blank version. The IMEI of the device has not been registered.

How to Add a New Device to The Tracksolid Application

Register first by clicking the following link:

After successfully registering the IMEI. We can add our own devices to the Tracksolid application. Or just ask the reseller for a new username.


Click the Add Device button and the email binding was successful. Fill in the device description, then click the Save button.


The device will appear in the device list.

  1. Dear friends, I have a similar problem with tracksolid pro. The difference is, that I have opened an account. Added successfully 2 devices. After noticing that the 2 devices are not online, I deleted the account. I opened up a new account and tried to add the 2 devices. Not possible. Reason: the 2 devices are already registered, even though I deleted the first account! The 2 devices are now not accepted for both accounts. Apparently the central database has remembered the IMEI of the 2 devices. Who can now delete the two IMEIs from the central database? So that I can add the two IMEIs to my account again?
