The AT Mini GPS Tracker is a GPS Tracker which has the physical advantages of being small, portable, capable of voice monitoring and recording. Your GPS tracker needs to be registered with the Tracksolid server to record a voice. Free GPS tracker servers like Ruhavik don't have this feature.

How to Install Sim Card to AT2 Mini GPS Tracker

1. Sim card preparation

The sim card used is a micro sim type.
Don't forget to activate the internet package first, especially for the prepaid user.
It's better if you register with applications such as giffgaff, my Telkomsel to make it easier to monitor data and credit balance.
Before inserting a sim card into the GPS tracker, use your smartphone to check the internet connection is ready.

2. Insert sim card into AT2 Mini GPS Tracker

After the sim card is inserted, turn on the AT2 Mini GPS Tracker. The first time the green led will flash quickly, it's a sign of searching for a signal. After the signal is connected, the green led will flash slower every 2 seconds.

1. Check GPS Tracker Parameters

Send SMS to find out the IMEI of the device. This IMEI is used for registration to the server.

4. Check GPRS Settings

Send SMS to make sure GPRS settings is correct

5. Check GPRS and GPS Status

Check whether the device is connected to the GPS satellite and server. For the AT2 model, the upload time to the server by default is 10 minutes, so it's often when we check GPS is OFF. Make sure the GPRS link is up.

6. Add SOS Number

The SOS number is the telephone number used for alarm reports from the GPS tracker. 3 SOS numbers can be registered. GPS tracker will send an alarm SMS if something happens (eg sim card is replaced)

7. Set Change Sim Card Alarm Settings

When someone replaces the sim card on the device, it is better to set an alarm setting.

When someone is replacing this GPS tracker sim card, the device will send an SMS and call the SOS number.

8. Change Asset Tracker Working Mode Settings

If you are impatient because the GPS position changes for a long time. The default upload of GPS location is every 10 minutes (600 seconds). Change to every 60 seconds:

If the GPS upload time is changed to smaller, the battery life will decrease. By default 600 seconds, the battery can last 5 days. If changed to 60 seconds, the battery can only last for one day.

9. Setting Voice Alarm

If there is a sound of about 60 dB, it will send an audible alarm to the SOS number or to the Tracksolid app.

The M format number can be changed
The format number 0 is alarm + voice recording
The format number 1 is an alarm to Tracksolid app only
The format number2 is alarm + voice monitoring
The N format number is the trigger time (seconds)

If the conditions around the device are noisy, you should just turn it off or your smartphone will receive many alarms.

3. Voice Recording

The main advantage of the AT2 Mini GPS Tracker device is that it can voice record. You must install the Tracksolid app to use this feature.
Open the Tracksolid application, click on the Asset Tracker device where you want to record the voice.
On the main menu, click the Record button.

Click the Send record command button. Wait a moment until the voice is recorded and uploaded to the server.
Click on the blue sound icon on the left to listen to the voice.
