How to Reset Tracksolid Password
It's been a month since I haven't opened the Tracksolid application. As soon as I want to log in, I forget my password. There are two ways to reset the password depending on the type of our account. If you register an account via email to the Tracksolid application, you can reset your own password through the application. But if you register an account via a distributor, only the distributor can reset the password.
If distributors can't be contacted, they can't log in anymore unless they suddenly remember the password. So look for a trusted distributor and not just momentary sales. Here's how to solve the forgotten password to log in to Tracksolid:
Reset Password via Tracksolid App
1. Open the Tracksolid app. Click Forgot Password.
2. Enter the email used to register
- This method only applies to logging in using email, if not then contact the distributor.
- Enter new password
- Click the verification code button
- A verification code will be sent to the email
3. Verify via email
- Open the email used for the Tracksolid account registration
- Click inbox
- Open the message sent from noreply@track9999.com
4. Enter the verification code on the Tracksolid Forgot Password page
5. Click the Submit button and the password has been successfully replaced with a new one
Reset Password via Distributor
1. Contact the Distributor where you have created your account and ask for help to reset the Tracksolid password
2. Please wait and let the Distributor do the work to reset the password
